Goodyear CEO Bob Keegan says: “Education – quality education – is the key to success for our youth as they move toward their future adult lives. We are counting on these young people to run our government, our corporations, organizations and communities. It is imperative that we invest in them early to ensure their future success.

“It is Goodyear's goal to provide support for an ongoing Network among our community's Chief Education Officers (CEOs). The Network enables these CEOs to enhance their leadership skills, expand their alliances and translate new ideas in ways that improve their respective organizations.

“So far, the Institutes have been outstanding. Whether the group is observing how organizations ‘induct' their new employees to create strong internal teams or learning new techniques to awe customers, their experiences have prompted dialogue and ideas on how to embed these learnings into their own settings in order to obtain results and increase the satisfaction of students and parents.
